Powerful optoCONTROL CLS1000 controller for industrial applications

The CLS1000 controller is available in five different versions: CLS1000-QN with antivalence function (normally open/normally closed), CLS1000-2Q with two switching outputs, CLS1000-OC with optocoupler, CLS1000-AU with voltage output and CLS1000-AI with current output. Each model is available in NPN, PNP or push-pull versions. All controllers are available with or without triggers.

Controller selection

The CLS1000-QN controller series offers two antivalent switching outputs (normally open/normally closed). The models are mainly used when safe operation in case of wire breakage must be ensured in the application. With up to 7 teach-in modes, the controllers can be easily adjusted so precisely that even the finest structures are detected in reflex or transmission mode. In addition to NPN, PNP and PP, many different trigger types are available.

The CLS1000-2Q controller series has two independent switching outputs, each of which can be set to the required output switching such as NPN, PNP or PP. These models thus offer maximum flexibility in any application. For example, the measuring system can be used to reliably detect two different measuring objects and the respective switching output can be set separately for each object. With up to 7 teach-in modes, the controllers can be easily adjusted so precisely that even the finest structures are detected in reflex or transmission mode. In addition, many different trigger types are available.

The CLS1000-OC controller series has an integrated optocoupler switching output, which realizes potential-free switching. The optocoupler provides galvanic isolation between the internal and output circuitry. With 7 teach-in modes, the controllers can be set easily and so precisely that even the finest structures are detected in reflex or transmission mode. In addition, many different trigger types are available.

The CLS1000-AU controller series has an analog output, which is freely scalable between 0 ... 10 V. It is ideally suited for simple signal processing and conversion of analog values. The analog output acts as an intensity output and is extremely sensitive thanks to the spread. In addition to the analog output, the controllers have an additional switching output. The models thus offer maximum flexibility in a wide range of applications. With 9 teach-in modes, the controllers can be set easily and so finely that even the finest structures are detected in reflex or transmission mode. In addition, many different trigger types are available.

OLED display for fast and easy configuration

Commissioning is performed directly via the controller or via external teach-in. All programming steps, status displays as well as the set and actual values are visualized via two 4-digit digital displays.
