The optoNCDT 5500 laser sensors set new standards in high-precision laser distance measurement. With submicron precision and an impressive measuring rate up to 75 kHz, the sensors are perfect for dynamic measurements of displacement, distance, vibration and position. Due to its integrated controller, the compact sensor does not require any external control units and can be easily integrated even in confined installation spaces. Maximum performance in the smallest of spaces - the optoNCDT 5500 series.

The optoNCDT ILR3800-100 laser distance sensor stands out in particular due to its high performance in a compact design. It is designed for precise distance measurements in industrial environments. Distance measurements up to 100 m are possible. With reflector even up to 150 m. The integrated AUTO measurement mode enables reliable measurement even on dark, partly reflecting and remote measuring objects. Thanks to the very high signal stability, ILR3800-100 sensors can be used for distance measurements on numerous surfaces

The 3D Profile Unit enables the calculation of several individual profiles of scanCONTROL 30xx sensors in a common coordinate system. This is how a composite 2D profile or a composite 3D point cloud can be generated. So the detection of various geometries, the extension of measuring ranges and the performance of thickness measurements is possible. The exact assignment of the position of the sensor to the position of the measurement object can be carried out via the integrated encoder inputs.

The evaluation of the data and the parameterization of the system can be implemented in the 3DInspect software. The 3D Profile Unit controller has an integrated evaluation feature in conjunction with the Industrial Ethernet connection, enabling the application to be controlled and measured values to be output to a PLC. Alternatively, the 3D Profile Unit controller can also be integrated into common image processing programs via GigE Vision and acts as a raw data provider.

The capacitive TFG6220 system measures the thickness of electrically conductive films, e.g. battery films, with maximum precision. A vacuum device sucks in the object to be measured, smooths it and thus ensures that is optimally positioned without wrinkles. In this way, the measurement can be performed with the greatest possible precision. The system is used for offline random samples in quality inspection. Last but not least, the TFG6220 is pre-assembled ready for operation and enables a quick start.

The new white light interferometer IMS5600-DS is used for distance measurements with highest precision. The controller offers a special calibration with intelligent evaluation and enables absolute measurements with subnanometer resolution. The interferometer is used for measurement tasks with the highest accuracy requirements, e.g., in electronics and semiconductor production.

The Dual Processing Unit (DPU) is an interface module that enables the synchronous recording and calculation of two sensor values and can also be used for digital/analog conversion. The inputs on the module can be switched via software (encoder or RS422 input). Selectable programs allow the automatic calculation of thickness, diameter, step or inclination, concentricity and ovality. The data output can be digital or analog with up to 100 kHz. Signal inputs and switching outputs are also available.

In the user-friendly web interface, the desired calculations can be selected and many other settings made. The DPU is downwards compatible with the C-Box/2A.

The optoCONTROL 2700 is a compact LED micrometer for the precise measurement of diameter, gap, edge and segment. The micrometer is characterized by its high accuracy with a measuring range of 40 mm. As the controller is integrated in the receiver, the cabling and installation work is reduced to a minimum.

Thanks to the active inclination correction, objects tilted by up to 45° are also detected extremely precisely. The configuration is performed conveniently via the web interface and enables the parameters set up of video signal, filter and different measuring modes. In set-up mode, a shadow image can be used for simple alignment of the measuring object. The excellent price-performance ratio rounds off the service package.

The high-performance surfaceCONTROL 3D 3200 snapshot sensor is ideally suited for use in industrial applications. It performs automated inline 3D measurements for geometry, shape and surface inspection on diffuse reflecting surfaces. The sensor is characterized by its compact design and high measurement accuracy combined with high data processing speed. With a high Z-axis repeatability of up to 0.4 µm, the sensor is ideal for precise 3D measurement and inspection tasks. Two different measuring ranges cover different measuring fields.
