Capacitive displacement sensors with Embedded Capa Technology (ECT)

Capacitive sensors with Embedded Capa Technology are designed after an innovative manufacturing process and achieve significantly higher long-term stability. By embedding the electrode in a particularly stable carrier material, significantly better temperature stability is achieved compared to conventional sensor designs. The innovative technology allows different sensor designs to be realized for temperatures from -270 °C to +200 °C.

Miniature sensor system for full integration close to the measuring point

  • Miniature electronics with a small footprint 50 x 27 x 8.5 mm
  • Targeted position control < 0.5 µm using a switch signal
  • Quick teach-in of the switching position using the upper and lower limit buttons
