Micro-Epsilon Atensor is the competence center for robotics and multi-sensor 3D measurement technology within the Micro-Epsilon Group. Since 2007, Micro-Epsilon Atensor has been developing application software for robot-assisted inspection systems for the automotive industry at its Steyr site in Austria, as well as software for signal processing of 3D applications with laser profile scanners and putting these into operation on site.

The components developed by Micro-Epsilon Atensor are significant building blocks for the function of complex products in the Micro-Epsilon Group's Measuring and Inspection Systems division.
