Job summary:

The Inside Technical Sales Support professional plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales skills to effectively assist clients, provide product information, and resolve inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products and services and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical customers.

Your Task:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or teams.
    • Provide detailed product information and specifications.
    • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  2. Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
    • Assist in creating sales proposals, quotes, and order processing.
  3. Technical Expertise:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and applications.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.
    • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
    • Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and sales performance.
Your Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn complex products quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Minimum  2 year education in a technical field

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in electrical, mechanical and computer technology
  • Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
