Faster alignment of laser optical systems

In addition to single-shot measurements of laser beam parameters, Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensors enable faster and more accurate adjustment of laser-optic or fibre-optic systems. The advantages are their insensitivity to vibration, their suitability for different wavelength ranges, and their high sampling rates and dynamic range. This allows easy machine integration for in-line monitoring tasks, also facilitated by Shack-Hartmann's flexible SHSWorks software.
