The white light interferometer product group represents the most precise optical sensors in Micro-Epsilon's overall portfolio. From now on the interferoMETER systems are also available as multi-peak versions. They measure up to 13 layers with minimum layer thicknesses down to 10 µm. The multi-peak distance systems now enable simultaneous measurement of distance and thickness. The thickness measuring systems are typically used for process-stable multi-layer thickness measurement even with fluctuating measuring distances, e.g. in strip processes in film production.
