surfaceCONTROL
The surfaceCONTROL inspection system recognizes local surface deviations on non-reflecting surfaces. The new 3D sensor achieves a significantly higher inspection speed, together with increased measurement accuracy by using a fast projection unit and new cameras. The sensor is optimized for both integration in assembly lines and for robot connection. As well as a 3D sensor for surface inspection, the system alternatively includes two software packages for the evaluation of 3D data. First, the surfaceCONTROL DefMap3D analysis software for laboratories and the measuring room, offering a full-surface back projection of the analysis results onto the component. DefMap3D is available in several versions, adapted technically and in terms of price to the respective requirements. Second, the surfaceCONTROL Inspection Tools for automatic examination of surfaces being optimized for robot-supported inspection tasks.

reflectCONTROL Automation
reflectCONTROL Automation is designed specifically to meet the high quality requirements that ensure high precision for shiny surfaces. It is used for high speed defect detection of painted parts, e.g. car attachments. The system projects a striped pattern onto the measurement object. Defects on the surface cause deviations from the striped pattern which are recorded by cameras and evaluated by software. The sensor is mounted on a robot and is therefore able to inspect complex shapes which require several measuring positions. The defects found are then evaluated and displayed in the 3D model.

scanCONTROL 29xx-10/BL
The new laser profile scanners of the scanCONTROL product series enable high precision profile measurements. Due to the blue laser line length of just 10mm, even extremely small measurement objects are detected reliably to the highest profile resolution. The new model provides more than twice the profile resolution of the laser scanners with a 25mm measuring range. The compact sensor design and integrated controller enable the sensor to be installed in restricted installation spaces.

colorCONTROL ACS7000
colorCONTROL ACS7000 is one of the most advanced inline color measurement systems in the world. The system not only recognizes reference colors by comparison, but also identifies individual colors clearly from their coordinates in the color space. Due to its very high measurement speed, the colorCONTROL ACS7000 is suitable for applications where colors and shades have to be examined on-the-fly and to very high accuracies. Due to the extremely high measurement accuracy, the system is also applied in laboratories, e.g. in industrial R&D. Different sensor models are available to suit various measurement tasks.
