Non contact capacitive displacement sensors of the capaNCDT series measure distances, lengths, dimensions or positions of any electrically-conducting targets (e.g. metals). A linearisation function is integrated for measurement against insulator materials.
Non-contact eddy current sensors measure distances, displacements, or positions of any electrically-conductive target in harsh industrial environments (pressure, dust, temperature).
The electromagnetic sensors in the induSENSOR series are based on the inductive measuring principle, the LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) principle and patented variants of these measuring methods. They are employed both in single and large-scale applications.
The laser displacement sensors in the optoNCDT series operate according to the triangulation principle. Different models are suitable depending on the requirement. Sensors for special surfaces such as shiny metals, high speed measurements or large stand off distances round off the range.
optoNCDT 2401 are confocal displacement sensors for extremely precise applications. The sensors are available in standard and worldwide unique miniaturised design. Confocal sensors measure on all surfaces and are used for one-sided thickness measurement.
The laser discance sensors are designed for non-contacting gap and distance measurements. The ILR series consist of gaging sensors (range up to 10 m) and distance sensors (range up to 250 m). The time of flight sensors are designed for positioning and type classification in machine building and handling equipment.
Draw-wire sensors in the wireSENSOR series measure almost linearly across the complete measurement area. They are used for simple distance measurements between 50 and 50,000 mm. They are ideally suited for both integrated as well as subsequent installation. There are extremely attractive variants particularly for OEM applications.
