Fiber optic sensors for very fast measurements

This fiber optic sensor operates with an 8 kHz cut-off frequency. It is thus well-suited for rapid measurements. Applications include counting tasks, inspecting threads or recognizing the position of identical parts. Designed as a transmitter and receiver, it leads the light directly to the object via fiber-optic cable. This is ideal in cramped spaces or in difficult installation environments, since the electronics unit can then be mounted a great distance away.
