The eddyNCDT 3001 is a new eddy current sensor with integrated controller whose compact M12 design has to date only been reserved for inductive sensors and proximity sensors. The integrated temperature compensation provides high stability even in fluctuating ambient temperatures.
The eddyNCDT 3005 is a compact, robust sensor system that is also temperature-compensated and can operate in temperatures from -30°C to +180°C. Even with high temperatures or temperature fluctuations prevalent in the production environment, these sensors achieve extraordinary measurement accuracy.
Capacitive capaNCDT sensors are designed for non-contact displacement, distance and position measurement. As capaNCDT sensors provide extremely stable results to nanometre accuracies, they are ideally suited to high precision applications in laboratories and for industrial purposes. The new capaNCDT 6222 is designed for high speed measurements up to 20kHz. The modular controller can be extended up to a maximum of 4 measurement channels. The integrated Ethernet interface supports set up, configuration and measurements via web interface.
The magneto-inductive mainSENSOR displacement sensors have a much larger measuring range than conventional magnetic field sensors. Compared to inductive sensors, the mainSENSOR offers improved sensitivity and therefore provides improved technical data. The sensors of the MDS-40-MK series are a new generation of cost-effective and flexible magneto-inductive sensors for high volume or industrial applications. In addition to the pre-configured preferred types, a combination of further options (power supply, output, plug,...) is possible. The appropriate sensor can be combined from numerous configuration options. Fields of application include single applications in conventional machine building through to measurements in automated processes and low cost-high volume production environments.
The new wireSENSOR MK46 draw-wire sensor offers extended application possibilities as it is not only available with a potentiometer output but now also with voltage or current output. Draw-wire sensors measure distance and position and offer easy, fast and flexible mounting possibilities. At the same time, they stand out due to their high operational safety and long service life. As the most compact sensor in its class, the wireSENSOR MK46 is primarily installed into machines and for post-assembly purposes. The sensor offers an excellent price/performance ratio and demonstrates its strengths particularly in high volume applications.
With the optoNCDT 1320 and 1420 laser triangulation sensors, Micro-Epsilon sets new standards. These sensors are compact, smart and precise. Their compact sensor design allows them to be installed in restricted spaces. Even the integrated evaluation electronics is space-saving and simplifies cabling. The excellent price/performance ratio and the innovative web interface also make these sensors particularly attractive. The presets enable measurements at very high precision on difficult surfaces such as glass, silicon, metal, plastics, paint, galvanised metal sheet and different colors. The extremely small laser spot size enables the measurement of extremely fine details. The sensors can be used in any industry, e.g. in automation technology, machine building or on the robot.
The new confocalDT IFC2461 extends the confocal chromatic controller range. It stands out due to higher measuring rates up to 25kHz. Particularly with dark targets or when measuring the thickness of transparent targets, the advantages of the enhanced, optical components become clear. Not only does the confocalDT IFC2461 provide higher measuring rates up to 25kHz for faster measurements and control of dynamic processes, but also delivers stable measurement results. Compared with a Xenon light source, the integrated light source is more durable, resulting in reduced maintenance and purchase costs. An active exposure time regulation feature allows different surface types to be measured.
