The compact optoNCDT 1320 and optoNCDT 1420 laser displacement sensors are a world first. These smart sensors offer a unique combination of speed, size, performance and application versatility. These sensors are unique because for the first time, the sensors perfectly combine a compact design and integrated controller, with easy operation and high precision measurements. They can be easily integrated into restricted installation spaces and are ideally suitable for applications where high accelerations occur e.g. for inspection tasks in pick-and-place machines.
Its measuring range is just 10mm with a resolution of 1280 points per profile, resulting in a point distance of just 7.8µm. This model shows its strengths whenever extremely high resolution and precision are required, e.g. in precision mechanics, electronics and medical engineering. The highly developed sensor requires no external controller and transmits the measured data directly to a control system or computer.
reflectCONTROL Compact has been specifically developed for the defect detection of reflecting surfaces. The fully integrated system is available in two versions that each provides different measuring fields. The 2D version recognizes defects on reflecting surfaces. In addition, the 3D version allows for the measurement of reflecting surfaces at submicrometer accuracies. This device is also used in laboratories as well as directly in production lines. reflectCONTROL Compact is for example used for the inspection of car attachments and touchscreens.
The eddyNCDT 3005 is a new, powerful eddy current measurement system for fast, high precision displacement measurements. Due to its pressure-resistant, thermally stable and compact design, the eddyNCDT 3005 is ideally suited to integration in machines and facilities. Eddy current sensors from Micro-Epsilon are designed for non-contact measurement of displacement, distance, position, oscillation and vibrations to micrometer accuracies. Environmental conditions such as pressure, dirt, oil or high temperatures have almost no influence on measurement precision. This is why the eddyNCDT 3005 eddy current measurement system is especially applied in harsh industrial environments.
The boreCONTROL LAB is designed for high speed, high precision quality control of drilled holes, bore holes and cavities with diameters from 4mm to 16mm. It enables non-contact measurement of different surfaces using a confocal chromatic sensor with a 90° beam path, providing detailed information about dimensions and surface quality. The system consists of a granite table for temperature-resistant, vibration-free measurements and a sensor with a rapidly exchangeable sensor lance/probe with rotary drive. The system is operated via an industrial tablet PC, which is included in the scope of supply together with the software. For customer specific applications, the system components can be purchased individually.
