The DT6230 controller represents the next step towards modernization of capacitive controllers manufactured by Micro-Epsilon. Ethernet, EtherCAT and the synchronization of multiple controllers are new additional features compared to the DT6220. Combined with the DL6220 and DL6230 demodulators, the new mid-range class offers unrivalled flexibility: single components (controllers, demodulators, sensors) are interchangeable and allow customer-specific systems to be provided from stock. With a unique modular design, sensor systems that have already been purchased can be enlarged easily.
The capaNCDT 6200 is the first modular multi-channel measurement system for capacitive displacement sensors and stands out due to its favorable price-performance ratio. The measurement system consists of one controller and the respective demodulator for the sensor. The controller can be extendable to 4 channels – the user can add and remove additional channels. All capacitive displacement sensors from Micro-Epsilon can be used with the capaNCDT 6200 controller, which can measure thickness, tilt angle and vibrations in the sub-micrometre and nanometre range.
