Contour measurement and parts digitalization

Schmidtke electronic from Germany has developed a universal measuring machine for the parts digitalization of different measurement objects. The measuring machine is fitted with different sensor technology depending on the size and shape of the object. The distance from the sensor to the target is controlled automatically using a linear axis. The target is automatically centerd on the carrier and can be moved and rotated by the measuring program. Confocal sensors, laser sensors or laser scanners are used for this measuring system.
