Glossary

Interference immunity

The interference immunity describes the desired resistance of an electrical device to externally acting interfering influences. A device is regarded as resistant to interference when it operates undisturbed by a certain level or reference value of an external source of interference. The interfering quantities are electromagnetic waves.
