Glossary

High temperature sensor / high temperature resistant

The limit for high temperature is not clearly defined. High temperature is generally taken to start at a temperature of about 180°C. Sensors which precisely measure at such high temperatures belong to the category of high temperature Sensors. These usually have a special Sensor construction in temperature resistant materials and components.
