Fast valve lift sensors are necessary for checking the movement for completely variable valve control in the combustion engine. Fuel savings of up to 9% are possible due to substitution of the camshaft. The valve lift sensor which functions according to the VIP principle provides maximum accuracy for dynamic movements. The long service life sensor operates without contact and without permanent magnets.
